2026 Playhouse Project

The Playhouse Project is a unique community event that brings together local businesses, organizations, and volunteers to build custom playhouses for children while supporting Dorchester Habitat for Humanity’s mission of creating safe, affordable homes for families in Dorchester County.

Teams of 6–10 volunteers work together to assemble, paint, and customize pre-cut playhouses, creating one-of-a-kind gifts that bring joy to local children. Every team sponsorship helps fund Dorchester Habitat for Humanity’s work, making a lasting impact on families throughout our community.
